- Knows how to sell things and hit sales targets
- Enjoys talking to people and making connections.
- Has basic knowledge of sneaker trends and brands. Because we're always getting new stuff and always expanding our inventory, it'd be nice if our new team member could sometimes give their insight.
- Likes a flexible schedule but is also down for working holidays and weekends when needed.
Daily tasks for the new store employee would be:
- Buying and consigning products
- Printing price tags for new products and keeping up with the Shopify order and POS system
- Uploading products to the webpage when new products are delivered, preferably also taking the pictures if needed.
- Up-and cross-selling products in store
- Keeping the workspace tidy and organized.

- You're reliable and punctual, also good at solving problems and paying attention to detail.
- You're able to achieves sales and operational targets consistently. We do understand that sometimes it doesn't all come down to you, but you should be able to give insights as on how to do better and always improve, if something occurs.
- Stressful situations don't scare you.
- Work ethic and attention to detail is something you value.
- You speak Estonian and English, Russian and Finnish languages are considered as an advantage.
