Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the item is in stock in our Estonian warehouse, it will be marked as “Green dot on the purchased size”. Here are the estimated shipping time for arrival to you.

Estonia – 1-2 business days 

Latvia – 1-4 business days 

Lithuania 1-5 business days  

Finland 1-4 business days

Other countries 7-14 business days

In Estonia, parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, goods are usually delivered within 14 calendar days. The term “Fast delivery” used in products indicate that the product is currently in stock and is ready to ship, meaning the estimated item arrival is, on average, faster than the usual terms. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 30 calendar days. In Estonia, such parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 1-4 working days of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, goods are usually delivered within 10 calendar days.

For shoes that arent marked with “Fast delivery”, items are not in stock in our Estonian warehouse. It will be considered as a pre order and for such orders, the item will be shipped directly to the buyer from the supplier. Please note that the process of fulfilling preorders (finding the desired pair, making agreements with the supplier and shipping from another country) take a longer time than those marked with “Fast delivery”. The estimated delivery time is 7-14 workdays, regardless of which country the client is located at.

It is possible that shipments may take longer than expected due to the economic situation, shipping carrier, or availability of the product.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number and summary. When the order is shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number in which you can use to follow your order.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

If you have not yet received an email with a tracking number, it is because your package has not been shipped yet. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. If over 5 business days have past since you have received a tracking number, please contact us via chatbot/Instagram/Facebook.
