Refund policy


Product return terms depend on the form of the product and the location of the purchase

Returns for Online Purchases

Hypebeastbaltics offers customers to exchange or return products within 14 days of purchasing from the online store. Online store orders can be returned and exchanged if the purchased product was in stock at the time of purchase (marked with a green dot next to the respective product size on the website at the time of purchase).

To return a purchase, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • The new product must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
  • The Hypebeastbaltics plastic tag must be attached to the product in an untampered and intact condition. If the tag is not attached upon return, we cannot accept the return or exchange.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and accessories, as these are part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during shipping.

We also offer product exchanges (eg. the size of the product is not suitable), if the aforementioned conditions are met. Due to the fluctuating market prices of different sizes of the products we sell, we reserve the right to request an additional payment for such exchanges.

Alternatively, you can return the original merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the appropriate item.

Products can be returned in two ways:

The shipping fee for the return is paid by the buyer. Please ensure all packages have a tracking number.

Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges of Online Purchases
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as preordered products (items not marked with a green dot next to the product size at the time of purchase). The reason is that in these cases, the purchased goods are clearly tailored to the consumer's needs, making it difficult for the entrepreneur to sell them to another customer later.

Hypebeastbaltics reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not meet our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once the inspection is passed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your purchase was offered with free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Returns/Exchanges for In-Store Purchases
For in-store purchases, all sales are final, which means no return or exchange is possible.

As we sell both new and used products and are not an official reseller of any brand we sell, we cannot guarantee the quality or the potential defects that may appear later. When purchasing in-store, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the desired product and assumes responsibility for its quality.

However, it is in our interest to resolve the situation. If you find that the size or color of the purchased item does not suit you, and if the desired exchange product is available, we will exchange the item. Online exchange terms apply. To do so, please visit our store in person.

Buybacks and Consignment
In cases where the return policy does not apply, there are still possibilities to sell/consign the product with us.

Buyback means selling the products directly back to us. As Hypebeastbaltics is a Buy-Sell-Trade-Consign concept store, we offer a custom amount for the item you wish to sell back to us, based on multiple factors, such as the current market demand and price, condition, size of the product. Due to these factors, the offered price could be significantly different from the original purchase price. We accept both new and used items. We hold the right to reject the purchase of the offered product. 

Consignment is, in short, lending us the item to further sell it through our sales channels. The consigner can set their desired payout, and once we have sold the item, the payout is given to the consigner. Please contact us if you wish to know the full terms of our consignment program.


In both cases, please let us know in advance of the product you wish to sell/consign.
